I drew this self portrait using a pencil and looking in a mirror. I had a hard time with trying to get the shadows right, and I think The face/nose is a little too long so it doesn’t look very much like me in my opinion.

I like how you really paid attention to the small details you found on your face. You really have an eye for the details as you drew in the individual eyelashes and freckles. Using a light source coming off from the side of the face was definitely more challenging than having even lighting and the shadows do communicate well where the light is coming from.
