Jill, sorry I didn’t comment, I love the color and tonality of both drawings. The proportions still need a little work. The green portrait seems a little wide, not much but just a little look at it and use another piece of paper to crop the hair, she is wider than she is high..and one eye seems larger than the other, look over the images I posted under proportions to help refresh your memory. The profile is quite striking. The ear may be a little too far back from the eyes, and the upper lip a little close to the nose and the top of the head a bit too short. Nice combination of line and tone, they work well to reinforce each other.
